Groundswell has developed (and is continuing to develop) service locations which will enable our services to clients across North America. We have a number of resourcing models for your organization to choose from which can be mixed and matched with Groundswell’s Service Delivery Models to ensure you are getting the depth of service out of Groundswell’s locations that best meet your needs. The models below can be implemented as described or we can work with you to develop a hybrid model that includes two or more of these options.

On-Site Dedicated Resources - Connecting with your staff all day, everyday
Groundswell can provide resources who work directly on your premises. This model is highly effective for Project Delivery services and has been very successfully deployed in managed service models as well.

Off-Site Dedicated Resources - Leveraging skills from any of our locations
Groundswell has a number of clients who, whether due to costs associated with on site staff or simply space issues, have elected to have Groundswell staff provide their services from a Groundswell office. Groundswell currently has office service delivery centres in:- Calgary, Alberta

Managed Resource Pool - Efficient and affordable resourcing
Groundswell’s Managed Resource Pool is Groundswell’s latest offering designed to provide our clients with an economical and efficient managed service. The Managed Resource Pool offers Groundswell clients resourcing predictability and security, particularly for engagements where fractional resources are required.Groundswell’s Managed Resource Pool staff are trained to support multiple clients, serving one as a primary resource, the others as a competent secondary resource. Sophisticated knowledge management tools and processes are in place to not only ensure resource stability for our clients, but provide for greater flexibility and agility in meeting emerging or seasonal client demand.
The Managed Resource Pool is available only as an off-site option, delivered from a number of locations to meet client service needs and budget:
- On Shore or Near Shore through one of Groundswell’s offices in Canada.
- Off Shore through Groundswell’s operations in Bulgaria.
